Nepenthes New York again teams up with Naval Watch Co. (N.W.C.) to make a new Mil-06 "W10" type-Nepenthes NY. This time, the watch has two metal bracelet options featuring "Nepenthes New York" printed on the dial. These watches will be released on Saturday, June 24th, both in-store and online, at nepenthesny.com.

Mil-06 "W10" N.N.Y. draws inspiration from the renowned British Army "W10" timepiece, which debuted in 1967 as one of the final domestically produced watches for the armed forces. Following the tradition of field watches, it boasts precise timekeeping, legibility, and luminescent coating for enhanced readability in low-light conditions.

Originating in Switzerland during the 1800s, N.W.C. now specializes in mil-spec military timepieces. Manufactured in Japan, N.W.C. meticulously crafted the Mil-06 "W10" type-Nepenthes N. adhering to the Mil-Spec standards of that era.

This time, the timepiece's 38mm width comes with a metal elastic link or a metal 3-piece link bracelet for a sporty feel. Each watch also comes with an 18mm Nato nylon strap. The case and back are constructed from durable 316L stainless steel, while the dial window is designed as an acrylic dome to evoke a vintage aesthetic. The watch's hour and minute hands and hour markers' "LumiNova (R)" paint is a luminescent material exclusively permitted on Swiss-made watches.

To ensure utmost precision and functionality, an advanced Japanese automatic self-winding Caliber NH35 movement powers the watch. With a water resistance rating of 5 A.T.M., it can withstand daily exposure to water.

Nepenthes New York sought a personalized dial design in this collaborative effort, culminating in a functional white layout of 3, 6, and 9 markers for effortless legibility. Additionally, white second markers and numerals in 5-second increments adorn the dial's periphery, catering to situations that require precise timekeeping. Finally, "Nepenthes New York" appears printed on the dial.
