By placing an order on the Nepenthes New York Online Store, you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us at shop@nepenthesny.com before placing your order.

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.  All contracts are concluded in English.

 

Payment Info

We accept most major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact us by email. 

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

 

Returns and Exchanges 

We offer returns in the form of store credit or, exchange for equal value only. We do not offer returns to the original form of payment. When purchasing online, you have the option to return your purchase for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. For in-store purchases, we offer returns for store credit or exchange only, within 7 days of purchase. For store credit or exchange to be issued, the product must be in brand-new condition, unworn, with all original tags intact.

All discounted items and items purchased with a promotional code are final sale. Additionally, all collaborative products and special release items are final sale. 

Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Shipping

We only allow shipping within the continental United States and Canada. We do not ship to U.S. Army bases, U.S. Embassies, or PO Boxes outside of the Continental United States. We are not responsible for customs fees for orders shipped to Canada.
