With a classic-feel browline combination, this frame is released as a collaboration between Very Nerd, an eyewear brand established in Tokyo in 2005, and Nepenthes New York.

The standout feature of this collaborative model begins with the use of rare deadstock materials from Mazzucchelli (Italy, established in 1849). Alongside this comes the delicate craftsmanship of Japanese artisans.

The classic design, perfected by VERYNERD, showcases the precision and sturdiness of metal parts combined with acetate, a material sensitive to temperature and humidity. Artisans utilize a delicate and high-level technique to produce a single frame by carving and processing the acetate.

The metal parts feature an engraved arabesque pattern on the bridge, emphasizing the design's classic feel. Artisans from Sabae, Japan, execute this engraving by hand, a process that continues to attract attention in the global eyewear manufacturing industry.
