Presenting a collaboration with a long-established Japanese down manufacturer.

This partnership - the first collaboration between South2 West8 and Nanga - incorporates the expertise and rich heritage of one of Japan's most prestigious down makers. Founded in 1941 and based in Shiga prefecture, Nanga is known worldwide for its excellent down products.

These collaboration products will be released at Nepenthes New York, on Saturday, October 21st.

The collection includes a stylish jacket and pants with unique Tenkara-inspired details. The Tenkara Trout Down Jacket offers functionality and style, with features like webbing tape for tool attachment, spacious game pockets, rod holders, armpit ventilation, and waterproof zippers.

The collaboration also includes the Belted C.S. Down Pant, based on South2 West8's classic design and beloved for its comfortable wide silhouette.

These pieces are crafted from NANGA's unique flame-resistant/durable polyester/aramid blend material, designed to minimize feather fraying caused by exposure to water and humidity. They are filled with high-quality 770-fill power Spanish duck down, treated with a micro-particle super water-repellent finish.
