Nepenthes NY’s next gallery exhibition, titled “NEW TECHNOPOLIS” is on display in-store, from Friday, November 19th.

"NEW TECHNOPOLIS" by Tsukasa Kanawa

This exhibit is inspired by the experience of clubbing in New York, with themes drawn from dance parties such as house and techno.
These works combine music, movement and experience to express a momentary clarity and provide a new story and experience of light, sound, time and physical space.

Born in 1986. Born in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture, lives in Brooklyn. After graduating from Nagoya City Industrial Arts High School Design Department, he moved to New York. He has been exhibiting internationally since 2013, most recently at No Where Gallery in Soho, New York and 3rd Ethos Gallery in Brooklyn.
