Heeled Papillon Stitched Cowboy Shoe - This pair also features suede uppers adorned with Needles’ distinctive papillon embroidery. Its signature Western design comes with an elastic gore on the sides and a stylish toe shape. Like the mules, the slight heel allows for a chic look. It comes in two colors, brown and black.
