This piece draws inspiration from a vintage military field parka, updated with Engineered Garments' designer Daiki Suzuki's signature design, fit, and specifications.

While the item retains many of the original military details, there are an array of practical updates, such as a patch pocket at the neck, a large map pocket on the left chest, a square pocket on the back, and a long pocket large enough to store a wine bottle, adding to the piece's multifunctionality. A zipper on the right side also allows for easy wear and broadens the styling possibilities.

Daiki built the RN Smock for urban wear, choosing a dense cotton-polyester weather fabric in Navy and Olive - suitable for various seasons.
