Engineered Garments x Nanga - Special Down collection FW24

This winter marks the third edition of the special Nanga x EG down collection. Building on the success of last year's Zip Jacket, this season sees the addition of a vest and coat featuring the same distinctive zipper design. Each piece showcases unique looks depending on how you adjust the zippers.

In line with the EG Main Line’s theme for this fall and winter, inspired by the designer-label styles of the 1980s, the collection highlights zipper detailing—a core feature of iconic pieces from that era, mirrored in the EG wool zip jacket. The new Hooded Vest and Monster Coat are spin-offs from last year's Zip Jacket, exploring bold, oversized silhouettes that push the boundaries of classic down jacket design.

Additionally, the Down Hoody debuts this season, offering a uniquely versatile accessory that separates the hood from the jacket itself. This stylish piece can be worn as a full-face balaclava, as a down hat by flipping up the face guard, or simply as a neck warmer—effortlessly combining function and flair.

This collection presents a fresh take on EG’s usual military and workwear-inspired style, bringing a focus on detailed design. It’s an exciting new challenge for EG, perfect for those looking to experience something beyond the basics.

Notes:
This item features NANGA’s proprietary UDD (Ultra-Dry Down), providing excellent resistance to moisture. The outer shell is made from a waterproof and breathable fabric weighing only 62g/m², with a water resistance rating of 20,000 mm and breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24H. Additionally, waterproof zippers are used throughout.
