Engineered Garments and British heritage brand Gola announce their second collaboration: the EG x Gola Ranger. Available in three colorways—Khaki/Rhino, Brown/Khaki, and Ash/Grey—the collection debuts on Friday, February 9th, at Nepenthes New York and online via nepenthesny.com and GolaUSA.com.

Tracing its origins to 1905 with a handcrafted soccer boot, Gola has long been intertwined with British sports, symbolizing the pursuit of goals. Despite enduring two world wars, Gola emerged as England's leading sports brand in the 1960s and 70s and maintains its legacy by continuing to produce a significant portion of its offerings in the UK.

For this collaboration, Engineered Garments' designer Daiki Suzuki revisits the Gola archives, selecting the Ranger model for its blend of hiker-jogger aesthetics. This choice reflects a nod to Gola's 1970s peak and Engineered Garments' innovative approach, creating a modern classic.

The EG x Gola Ranger, made in England, showcases exemplary craftsmanship. Its design features a vibrant, multi-layered outsole paired with a meticulously designed upper, creating a balance between nostalgic and contemporary sophistication. Details like functional eyelet tabs and premium leather lining enhance the shoe's appeal, while tonal Gola branding and a debossed collaboration logo on the insole underscore its authenticity.
